Creator Markets provides a prediction and information platform related to creator performance and market sentiment. We do not offer financial, investment, or legal advice. All predictions and market data are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, manipulate markets or data, harass other users, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials on Creator Markets are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
6. Wallets and Transactions
When wallet connectivity and on-chain transactions are enabled, you are solely responsible for securing your private keys and wallet credentials. Creator Markets does not store private keys and cannot recover lost or stolen funds. All blockchain transactions are irreversible.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Markets and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. This includes losses from predictions, market movements, or technical failures.
8. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any changes, price adjustments, or service interruptions. These terms may also be updated periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Creator Markets operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
